"Being crowned Miss Coarsegold Rodeo Queen has been my greatest achievement yet!  It was truly a dream come true!  Earning this title has allowed me the opportunity to promote the sport of rodeo at various events and parades through out the year. I have especially enjoyed all the wonderful people I have met and new friends I have made during my reign.  This is an experience I will surely never forget!  Best of luck to this year's contestants!"
Always, Queen Jackie Healy

"As the 2007 Coarsegold Rodeo Princess, I have undergone many activities to promote Coarsegold as a town and its rodeo. I have participated in many parades along side of our Little Princess Jordan Miles and our queen Jackie Healy.  This competition has taught me many great life skills, such as leadership, public speaking, and better horsemanship, etc.  Being a part of the Coarsegold Rodeo Royalty is a fun and wonderful thing.  I have help people and spread the word about Coarsegold Rodeo. I encourage all young girls to run in this competition, all you need is a horse, a little faith in yourself, and an open mind. I hope to see and meet everybody reading this at the 2008 rodeo in the first weekend of May. Peace ~ Love ~ God."
Sincerely, Princess Jody Gomes

"How exciting it was for me to finally be named the 2007 Coarsegold Rodeo Little Princess. It took a lot of hard work, and many hours practicing with my horse. This past year I got to represent the Rodeo in several ways, and I have made many new friends along the way. We got to ride in the Heritage Days Parade, in Oakhurst. We were invited to participate in the Grand Entry at other rodeos; I really enjoyed carrying the sponsorship flags, and can’t wait to reign over the 56th annual Coarsegold Rodeo. I would like to encourage everyone who loves to ride to try out for any of the Royalty Contests this year, it takes dedication, hard work and a love of riding, but it is also a lot of fun to get to ride during Heritage Days, when all the school kids are there, and to participate in the Rodeo, and carry the flags. My horse Dollar and I look forward to seeing you at the contest, and the Rodeo, and I look forward to crowning the 2008 Little Princess at the 56th annual Coarsegold Rodeo."
Good Luck to all of you, Little Princess Jordan Miles
